4.  In the event that for any reason you choose to discontinue your hosting service in the middle of a billing period, we will refund you the monthly pro-rated balance of your hosting fees without question.  We save on our administartive costs by billing annually or quarterly.  Our refund guarantee policy is meant to alleviate any fear you might have about prepaying for 3 to 12 months of service.
